Intern

Worked in conjunction with Massport to provide soundproof windows and doors in neighborhoods surrounding Logan by measuring existing windows and doors to be replaced and providing schematic plans to aid contractors in the completion of work.

Relihan Residence

2017 - Current                             Wolfeboro NH

Designed 4,100 sq. ft. modern style home to utilize existing house footprint while creating a unique roofline and maximizing lake views to meet $1.1M budget. Created project schedule and budget as well as specifications.

Clay Point

2016 - 2017                                         Alton NH

Worked with senior architect on design and construction documents for $2.7M  6,500 sq. ft. lakehouse with significant lot constraints. Took on construction project management from estimating phase through final completion 3 mo. ahead of schedule and on budget. 

Romney Residence

2014 - 2016                                Wolfeboro NH

Contributed to schematic design and design development of 13,000 sq. ft. home for a large family. Produced details and construction documents. Performed construction administration with senior architect.

Herman Residence

2008 - 2011                                Wolfeboro NH 

Drafted 6,000 sq. ft. lake house with some design input; built to the Adirondack style with structural log posts and beams and locally harvested stone. It was designed to be unobtrusive on its steep lakefront lot. Worked closely with engineer and timber framer.

Garwoods Restaurant

2001                                            Wolfeboro NH

Measured and drafted for a 2,000 sq. ft. restaurant interior renovation that was demolished down to frame. The floor system was brought up to move split level forward creating separation between dining area and lobby/waiting area and bathrooms. I designed remodeled front facade to a more modern style.

All Saints Outreach

2007                                           Wolfeboro NH 

Worked on design development and construction drawings for 4,800 sq. ft. community outreach building and food pantry to exceed Energy Star standards. Researched and implemented code for ADA compliance.
